Grape variety

Chardonnay, a classic white grape variety originating from Burgundy and widely used in Trentino for the production of extraordinary white wines and bubbles.

Vineyards

the grapes of this Chardonnay come from the best exposed vineyards of Az Agr Toblino - Bio Cerifica in Valle dei Laghi, where it easily adapted to the superb climate of this area at the beginning of the 20th century.

Vinification & Aging

shortly after the crushing-destemming we proceed with a short cold maceration on the skins. Subsequently, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature takes place, followed by a few months of aging in steel and a small part in oak barrels.

Organoleptic characteristics

a deep straw yellow with slight greenish hues. On the nose, intensely perfumed, fragrant and fruity with hints of golden apple and banana with a light mineral note. On the palate, dry, pleasantly fresh, well balanced and with good persistence.

Tasting & Pairing

to be served in medium-sized goblets at a temperature of 8-10 ° C. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany fish, traditional and creative first courses, vegetable dishes.
